I love getting in and getting out. Im resting 30 seconds or so between sets. Rough, but not if the music is right. Horray for ipods right??

i think you should move here and be my spotter-boy. Better yet, let's go somewhere cool and open a gym. i hate this town and i hate my gym. Come to think of it, i hate my job and everything even marginally connected to it.
