Monday

Well. I still suck at deadlifting. I missed 505 yesterday, again. I'm starting to think it's a mental block. Or it could be that I've spent the last two weeks being very unhealthy and staying up late everynight. Or it could be that I'm just too damn weak to pick up five hundred pounds. Whatever the reason, I've got more work to do.
I've gotta give some props to Mike. He pulled 505 and he's been training his deadlift for roughly two minutes now. That dude will be pulling six within a year.
Bench tomorrow.

Funny how that works. Some folk jus' got funky strong muscles somewhere. John Thompson was that way in his forearms. Dude could bench, you know, like over 100lbs. if you threatened him, but he had mutant forearms. He'd sit down cold and untrained and crank out a set of ten fingertip rolls with 250ish. i wish i had a mutantly strong muscle group. Maybe i should find a sport that involves my tongue. Or maybe it'd be better on my marriage if i just maxed on deads.

Oh hey, i ordered more biotest protein, and i also ordered the Surge workout fuel (not the recovery stuff) they were pushing. You ought'a look it up and see what you think. i figured either it'll work the miracles they claim it will, or else i'll have another jug of workout drink i'll eventually use, so why not give 'er a try. i'll let you know if i bring down v7 at the end of a long buildup, and "just can't seem to get tired."
