Went climbing today, and i did some pushups to warm up m' shoulders. And from the anatomical position on my body which, on some people, contains the Pectoralis Major muscles, came only a creaking groan, and a tiny squeaky voice exclaming, "Why are you doing this to us?! You were not made for this kind of exertion! Pushing is for oxen."

haha... youve got a good excuse though brudda, school school! By the way, how does the quarter look so far?

Im looking forward to the 531 in april as well.. Im feeling like this slowly adding weight program is working really well. Maybe someday I can post up some numbers like big hoss over here!
