good II

Quick update here. I managed to finish last week out strong.
Bench Press: (Friday)
WU
260 x 5
295 x 3
330 x 4 (probably had another one in me, but it was getting sloppy)

Missed Monday, but made it up yesterday. That concludes the heavy cycle. I'll take the rest of the week to deload, and then crank the weights up again.
Squats:
WU
340 x 5
385 x 3
430 x 5 (aside from the blood coming out of my ears, nose, mouth, and eyes, I felt really good after this set. Starting to feel strong again.)
The rest of this week should be pretty light and boring. I'll try to get the next cycle posted up by Friday.
