Snort! I just looked at last week's log and realized that I did 350 for 15 on the box squat. I thought I had done 385 last week and was just focusing on getting one extra rep. No wonder I couldn't see or hear for a few minutes after the set. Ha. Ha.
That's good fun, that is. That's the sort of mojo you can't plan, but it takes you to the next level if you survive. Good stuff.
