monday

Body weight: 207

I've forgotten most of what I did yesterday, but here's the goods.

Wide grip pullups:
body weight x 10 x 4

I'm starting to enjoy doing pullups again.

Bench Press:
135 x 10
225 x 10
245 x 10
275 x 9 (had to look deep within myself to find that last rep)

My diet is going really well right now and an extra day of rest in the middle of the week is helping tremendously. I'm recovering much quicker than I anticipated with this workout. I appear to be loosing some body fat and yet I'm heavier than ever. I think this is solid proof that running is fattening and just generaly bad for me.

i'm gonna just go ahead and believe that you're losing fat, and not actually loosing it, as that would be a tad Monty Python-esque. And i would'a' had to look deep within my spotter as well to find the first rep there. Yesterday, i explored the pros vs. cons of seriously overtraining with no rest at all. There are no pros as far as i can tell, and i feel like crap. So i'm glad to see you're taking a day off in the middle o' the week. i'll post up my whole plan and p'raps you can help me tweak it into the right places. Weird how tricky melding several different types of workout can be.
