Owned

Seems to me that if they can make the ink vibrate, they can make it vibrate quickly with a much faster/higher frequency, thus producing heat/pain.  Also, if it responds to radio frequency, then it will be traceable with radio frequency identification (RFID) just like most modern inventory systems being used around the planet.  No bar code scanning necessary!  You would just have to be within the vicinity of the RFID sensor and you're owned!

“He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:16-17

Yeah. That's scary. But the really scary stuff is the legislative bit: RealID, etc. i mean we're already being tracked for everything we buy and (if they want to) everywhere we go. It's whether you're able to buy and sell and go places and do things without the approval of big brother that's the key. But that is scary 'cuz it surely is easy to see what that could morph into.

yea, totally scary stuff man. I've seen a TV show called off the grid, and the dude is putting foil inside his wallet and everything. Cell phones, forget it. Drivers License, RFID just like you said. Even work badges have them inside now. If you wanna go truly off the grid, go get an MRI, then strip and leave the building with the gown on!
