Upright rows: 3 sets 135 x 10
Bent over rows: 3 sets 185 x 10
PM Workout:
Deadlifts - warm up, 385 x 3, 415 x 3, 435 x 5
Good Mornings: 3 sets 85 x 10
Beer lifts: 12 sets of 3-4 reps, 12oz.
I was planning on a strongman session today, but my body is telling me that aint happnin.
