OK

...Last Sunday (strongman)
Farmers walk: 220lb x 100ft, 260lb x 100ft, 320 x 100ft, 360 x 100ft, 400 x 100ft, 440 x 100ft x 2. My grip is getting stronger, although I did use straps on the second set with 440. I felt like i had torn my right quad. Just now getting over that.
Tire flip: 10 flips x 2

Monday:
Overhead log press: worked up to a set of 3 with 205. These are getting much easier.

Wed:
Deadlifts: worked up to pull 3 x 365, 3 x 415, 5 x 435

Not a bad week so far. I've fallen off the cardio wagon. I really need to get back on that.
