Tues night: 55 min run

Wed:
  • Bench - 280 x 5, 300 x 5, 315 x 5
  • CG bench - 155 x 10 x 4
  • Weighted dips: +50lbs x 8 x 4
  • Pullups: BW x 10, +25 x 6, + 50 x 3, BW x 10
  • DB Rows: 115lbs x 6 x 4 (used bar wraps)
Thurs night: 55 min run

Fri: Squats tonight!
