Friday night catch up

Quick recap of the week:
Monday I did a really crappy workout at the Marriottflex gym.  complete with douchebags in full body plastic suits and bling.  Manged to hurt my wrist when I nearly turned the "bench press" machine over on some poor guy.  Tuesday I did a really awesome single-track forest run in the pouring rain.  Nice mud training.

Thursday night was squats.  I was so freaking tired I actually fell asleep after dinner, woke up around 9:30 and made myself go hack it out.  I was glad I did though.  Squats: 390 x 5, 420 x 5, 445 x 5.  Did some ab stuff and some front squats.  Bunch of pullups.  That was about all the energy I could muster.  This morning I drug outta bed and got in a fourty minute run.  Its been a while since I ran by headlamp, but it was pretty cool.  strange warm morning.  Tonight was 3,3,3 night on overhead press.  Went 200 x 3, 210 x 3, 225 x 5.  I like that.
Um.  the music was from a new album.  Great music, but it took an unexpected slowdown at the end of this particular song.  Good song even, just sounds a bit outta place here.
