So I spent the first twenty minutes of my day purging my bowels of somthing that resembled menudo. Sure made me look forward to speed squats.
squats: 6 sets of 2 @ 55% with medium bands
Rack pulls: worked up to a singel at 90% or 455 lbs
zercher squats: 5 sets of 10 with 135 lbs
good mornings: 4 sets of 10 with 85 lbs
