worked up to 365, missed it twice. (bummer)
Four board press (lockouts)
worked up to a single with 425. (new pr)
DB bench:
5 x 10 with 85's
Db rows:
2 x 15 with 85's (used straps)
I've started taking aminos before and after my workouts. We'll see how that affects recovery.
