Yesterday Josh was walking around the office flexing his "guns" talking about how excited he was for today's arm workout. He's the only skinny bastard I know that can actually flex bone. Anyway, he didn't show this morning. Something about his legs hurting too bad from yesterday. What a vag.
Here's how it went down for me:
Seated Zottman Curls: 10 sets of 5 with 45lb DBs
Skull Crushers: 10 sets of 5 with 120lbs
DB hammer curls: 45lbs x 8, 65 x 8, 65 x 6
Tricep pressdowns: some arbitrary weight with most of the rods on the bowflex. I made it hurt for three sets of ten.
My arms hurt.

Schnort. i'm pretty adroit at flexing fat, m'self. i haven't worked chest now in a month, and i didn't manage to get back in yesterday. But i did run another 1hr. bike/run brick. Then, about 20:30 it was a contest between heading to the gym or having a pint of scottish black. i was still sweating profusely from the brick, and convincing myself that the gym is healthier when Steph says, "So... wanna beer?"

At least your woman has good taste in beer. My wife brought me a six pack of bud light tallboys. Same effect, less pleasure.

I wouldn't skip my own execution for a bud lite. but you line up 8-12 and you have yourself a nice little drunk, minus the hangover. Apparently the stuff hydrates you as you drink. go figure.
