What is a Sump Pump?

We just unloaded the finest weight rack you'd ever want to lay your eyes on. Unfortunately, it came in about 1,000,000 pieces. I don't know how many beers its going to take to get it put together, but I'm sure we'll find out. I'm also sure that we'll need it that much worse when we do actually get the thing built. Nevertheless, it is beautiful.
