Well, I've been on a two week downward spiral. I think I've been in the gym twice in a fortnight. Between traveling for work and trying to finish projects for school, I'm wasting away in reverse. I'm getting fatter and softer on a daily basis. But there is a ray of hope. I hauled all my weights over to our new garage gym. We start tomorrow (hopefully).

It's real easy to get down after a few weeks of undesired off, but two weeks off will never hurt you. That's super time for your joints and semi-soft tissues, even if youspend it getting fatter. Viva el gymnasio del garaje!
