Pathetacism

yeah, yeah.  It's been a few months.  What of it?  I can sum up in one sentence what's happened in those weeks gone.  I've changed careers, got bit by a hell of a tiny spider, got no super powers in spite of the fact that I work around radio active materials, got the stomach bug, gave up on sleep, have been reduced to about two workouts a week, learned to build or break darn near anything with two pipe wrenches, lost about twelve pounds of blubber and muscle, and have thought at least twice about running another Mudder.  My career is at the forefront of my brain at the present. I know there has been a lot of radio silence, and I apologize for that.  But for the first time in a very long time, I'm rarely in front of a computer.  And I love it.  I get to work outside in the freezing cold, rain, mud, and blistering heat.  Everything I touch ways more than I do and must be move from point A to point B, mostly by hand.  Otherwise, I get to use a huge crane to move it. Which, incidentally, is also pretty rad.  I'm still hitting the gym as often as I can, but certainly not as much as I would like.  It's kind of cool though, because now when I get in there, I get really creative to get the most out of a session that I can.  I think it's making me smarter in the gym.  Also, I keep forgetting to mention that I got myself a late Christmas present that I've been wanting for a number of years.  It's a Rolling Thunder made by Ironmind.  Nothing but a really expensive fat handle to be honest, but I love it.  Working out the field is making my hands really strong and I've suddenly taken an interest in crazy grip strength.  Finally got to test out the rolling thunder today, and I gotta say it's ridiculous.  Check it out:  http://www.ironmind-store.com/Rolling-Thunder174-Revolving-Deadlift-Handle/productinfo/1246/
That's all I've got for now.  See you guys back in here in a few months!
