Learned a valuable lesson dead lifting last night. I loosened up my belt on the heavier pulls and had a much easier time. I could even breath. Go figure.
55.3 min run this morning for 4.6 miles according to the GPS. Felt incredibly good this morning and it was a bit warmer out. I wanted to just keep running, but alas, I was outta time. Oddly enough, my isn't hurting at all today. apparently it just needed some blood flow and vagisil.
