I haven't posted in a while because I've had nothing interesting to post. This hasn't changed, but guilt got the better of me. I've been getting some good gym sessions in, just not very consistant. It seems that I've no time for it here of late, but I can't figure out what's taking all of my gym time up. Maybe I've just gotten really lazy. Dunno but I must get to the bottom of this!
So when are we starting this Paleo\green faces\with rice and potatoes thing? I'm amped! A month without drinking sounds to be just what the doctor ordered. Or, at least, he would order it if he actually knew how much I've been drinking. I've never been too keen on diets but I think this will be pretty easy. I shant have to change things too much. let's see here, I'll have to cut out:
frito pie
milk
cheese
chips
fried everything
mayo
sour cream
cottage cheese
ice cream
beer
vodka
bread
cereal
chocolate chip muffins
cookies
no problem.

I forgot all about the diet last night/this morning, when I had hotdogs, relish, mustard, bread, and cereal and milk + hangover this morning! hehe.. hows that?

Well...how bout tomorrow for the start date? I was hoping for today but I didn't get to shop.
Don't know how this is going to go down. I'm flying to Houston on Sunday and wont return until Friday night. I'm planning to eat shushi for just about every meal, but this could get tricky. Especially the no booze part. I started the diet yesterday and it went well, but I can see that its going to be rough doing this eating out every meal for a week.
Yeah, that's hard. You gotta have a solid plan ahead of time, and it helps to already have the hang of the diet. i'm having a li'l trouble wrapping my heed 'round a boozeless month, m'self.
