That gives me heartburn. Or else it's the coffee. Sounds to me like if you can go ten reps on set 10, then someone needs to maybe go a li'l heavier, eh? Mmm? Mm?

Ammonia is my crack. But must only be used on re-trys and last sets. Cranked up the Demon Hunter as well (for all the neighbors to enjoy).
