Pure Country

I went for a run this morning. That was nice. I didn't die, so I went beyond my expectations and I think that is a key to success. One must be willing to push oneself further than what is seemingly possible. I hate being fat. I could barely sit on the ground and tie my running shoes this morning. That's just gross. If being strong means being fat then I choose weakness. Not really. This is where I get stuck between a rock and a soft squishy mid-section. I've got to figure out how to stay lean and get stronger. All I can figure is to do more cardio, and when I say more I mean some cardio because right now I do none. Beer must be limited as well.

On a lighter note, our orange kitty "Lucky" returned after three days MIA. Thougt for sure he was coyote poop. Oh well, that made Meg very happy which will, of course, make my life easier.

Cheers!

Well at least you gotcher priorities straight(er). i'm glad to hear you went running. That inspires me. Also, my new cardiosport monitor came in the mail today, and that further inspires me. Moreover, there is nearly no flesh left on my left hand (from climbing...seriously), and that inspires me to do something other than climb. AND the strap on my monitor squishes my man-boobs upward, and THAT, my brutha', inspires me. Now if i could just find some energy...

And i'm real glad Lucky made it home. i was kinda' thinking thoughts of coyote fuel, m'self.
