Worst workout I've had in a while. Tendenditous in my elbows is kicking my arse.

Tricep pressdowns - triple dropsets
By this point the vaginitis in my elbows was so bad I had to use some really light weight. The old ladies on the treadmills were laughing at me.

What are JM presses?

What do you mean by dropsets?

Why are you working out with tendonitis? Now would be a good time to go skiing for maybe three weeks.
